Each day I am looking forward to your postings on this page. I am enjoying these posts regarding Paul Simon very much! No matter from what concerts you are posting my joy is still the same.
I am writing a short note to you now coming from Holland. I know you visisted the three last Homeward Bound FarewellTour concerts in NYC USA.
Mine was - of course - in Holland on the second eve. Sunday July 08.07.2018 in a warm summer night. I guess you already perceived this was the second concert in Holland in the Capital of Amsterdam Paul Simon was to give. For the following reason: tickets went out too fast.
Maybe you might also know during this last tour of Paul Simon. Paul Simon rarely did not play his usual setlist. But for the Dutch he did! You have already posted this one "Old Friends" coming from this concert. The other one he sang was 'Gumboots'.
Time to go asleep and I want to wish you having a good Sunday! Kind regards from Holland from Corry who is as old as you are. So also being a member of the first generation from the sixties.!
