M : The first forty-five record you bought?
P : Back Street.
M : Back Street. Still have it ?
P : No. It wasn't forty-five. It was seventy-eight.
Second one was probably… Back Street was a instrumental.
The second record I bought was Bye-Bye-Love. That's a better answer.
M : Favorite Elvis Presley song●what?
P : Mystery Train. My favorite song of rock'n roll. Love it!
( ♪playing guiter )
M : You guys realize how lucky I am. I feel like on my tooth feed away
from ●scooping ball out of the dug sitting close to Paul Simon.
Ok, Simon & Garfunkel versus Paul Simon's solo music?
P : Solo? You know it's an unfair question because Simon & Garfunkel is
mean from age of like 21 to 28. And rest of it is, you know, a lot of
years then. So it's like asking, is my material work.., do I rate my
material work more highly than I rate my young work. Yes, but the
exception of BOTW and Boxer maybe Mrs.Robinson which I think still
stand up to the later work.
M : Favorite city or venue to perform at ?
P : Favorite city is gonna be New York. Favorite venue, I don't know, you
know, I don't really have one, maybe “The Garden". I like the Beacon
when I played there. A lot of difference, no favorite nenue but New
York is my favorite.
M : Favorite Yankee Team or season ?
省略 (好きだった大リーガーを語るポール、楽しそう、、、)
M : The song …,this is a hard one. The song you are proudest of?
P : Yea, I don't really have. But I would say ●graceland.
But I don't really have one, you know, I tend to be like very happy
with the latest thing I wrote and then I change my mind and something
that, I don't have one.
M : Most memorable moment in your career?
P : Most memorable moment of my carrer. Well, my performance career was
my Solo Central Park Consert.
M : That's piece advice anyone ever gave you ?
P : Oh, my father said to me once when I was complaining and I had done
something I made this written this song, made this record when I was
a kid came out wasn't a hit anything like that. And he said
“Paul, let me tell you something. They don't give you ● effort”
M : Not bad. Favorite athlete ?
P : Oh, there are so many great athletes, maybe ah, maybe Mohamed Ali.
M : Favorite film ?
P : “God Father”
M : Favorite actor or actress ?
P : Favorite actor ? Probobly De Niro.
M : Favorite late night snack ?
P : Late night snack ? No, I don't have.
M : Don't have a late night snack ? Shockking !
P : Yea, but I know I like it. Whenever do what I say this is ●would be
anything sweet.
M : Ok. And finally if you ●, what person would you want in there with
you to help you to get out ?
P : Nowhere ●
